hey!

Ever seen a blog with not ONE but TWO tagboards? Now you have it. hahah. Due to overwhelming response by a certain someone, so as to not flood out any rare tags that are directed personally to the owner of the blog, aka myself, please use the blue tagboard. I repeat, it's the cool blueee tagboard. lol!

Anyway, today's my first time. Driving!! yay..! haha. Damn fun. But manual is, more difficult than auto la duh. My car engine stalled and died at the traffic light cos i think i forgot to press the clutch down when I was stationary. Luckily got no cars around! Quite embarrassing. lol. =x

Went to Ms Poh's house yesterday and caught up with classmates. Many of them are working now, considering the fact that my class only has 5 guys. Out of which, only 2 have been enlisted. lol. Dunno what to blog about at Jeryle's place. Nothing much happened. Some mahjong and gossip with jae and that's about it. Though that lasted us till 2 plus in the morning. haha.

k, A's results REALLY gonna come out alr. Jeryle and myself were thinking of all the possible scenerios last night. Think happy thoughts.. Jeryle kept coming up with the negative scenerios!! You pessmistic shit! Everything's gonna turn out fine. =D

Hey! Haven't been able to update much due to the lack of time during the festive season. haha.

Anyway, haven't gotten down to countin my loot for the new years yet, most likely will do so over the weekend. lol. hmm. i'm currently blogging from home, which means i didn't go to work today. I might just be suffering from fatigue but I'm still alright, no worries. Gonna take a nap soon. haha.

As for my driving, i passed my final theory test in 10 minutes flat and again, was the first one out. haha. glad that it went well. so i went on to book my practical test in JULY! zz. so late. but anyway, at least i got that over and done with. I'll be taking my first driving lesson this coming sunday. Did I mention that it'll be jeryle's place this sat and.. most likely alcohol will be involved? for the sake of everyone's safety, including mine, i'll refrain from drinking. this sucks. lol.

A level results should be out soon, surprised that I'm not that anxious yet. But when the time comes, i'm sure my nerves will show la. good luck guys. :)

My nails are touched up! I’m so proud of them, though they are not as nice as during prom that time. =D

I’m feeling shitty today, as in physically. Mentally and emotionally alright. Haha.

Reluctant, this morning I went for my final theory e-trials, 4 sessions. Cos other than today got no time already. Next week will be CNY all the way and my test is on thursday. Oh ya, I met dharma, MJ’s prom king *ahem. at the driving centre. Anyway, I managed to pass all 4 of them, about an average of 3 mistakes out of 50, so if I fail next week’s test, screw it. Must be damn freakin sway.

Got a giotto as a substitute for an ang bao from someone in the dept. haha. So cute. But then, chocolates for Christmas, chocs for valentines, and now? Chocs for CNY. My taste buds have become accustomed to sweet stuff. Overdosage of chocs don’t you think?

Yesterday after work, sc and myself went downstairs, Millenia Tower taxi stand to hail a cab. For the first time, after midnight I saw a queue of PEOPLE instead of cabs. ahaha. Then I thought, must be v'days doing. Waited for 20 minutes and no sign of an empty cab. So we walked down to Marina square to grab a bite at 7-11 and try to steal a cab by the side of the road. lol.. Luckily we managed to get one at like 1 am in the morning!! drats. zz.

Met up with steph and socks for dinner. Steph always ps us one, she left early as usual. =/ hahaha. Please explain your sms to me. Not here la. But why suddenly..? *puzzled. Anyways, us girls gotta plan more outings..

I'm extremely hardworking today! No slacking off for me. Still checking OTPs now. I'm so touched the Citiphone peeps offered me stuff to eat. hahaha. Coffee bean pasteries, yummy.. I didn't eat though. Later fat. hahaha. no la. i dun dare eat their stuff. =x

Lookin forward to CNY. Mahjong, bridge, lots of loot. =D

Hello all! Happy v'day! During the one hour of dinner, the top 3 gifts seen were flowers, soft toys and balloons. lol. Nobody believes in chocolates anymore? So sad. haha.. Anyways, special thanks to kaifong, hema, suhan, sc, gillian, danielle and last but not least heyang for making this vday so meaningful. While love is in the air, I'm stuck in office with sc again. =)

Steph and 17!! Gotta let you guys see the card sc gave me. It's so freaking innovative, yet lame and stupid. I was at a loss for words when he told me that the stupid card took 10 minutes to print out cos he was using high quality pixels for the photo. -.-"

In preparation for Chinese New Year, I did a manicure and pedicure this morning. It was quite rushed la, the moment i woke up gotta chiong outta the house. Will borrow a cam to take a pic of it, the fingers are done pearl white while the toes and done red-black. lol. damn cool. Gonna make it better by sticking nail art on them. Sheesh, i'm such a vain pot. =p

I should start making plans for an overseas trip cos I wanna enjoy myself to the fullest before going back to hitting the books. Alot of things are in stored for me, like practical driving lessons, studying for SAT exam, plannin for holiday, playing some squash, gymming and tanning..
Dunno what lies in the future but i cherish the present and the people around me now. =)

Curses, tomorrow's v'day and I haven't done a single thing in preparation for my friends. Baking stuff at 3am in the morning is super not feasible la. And I'm too tired to wake up before 12 noon. But seeing sc doing so many things for tmr made me rather surprised, at the fact that this is the first time i'm lookin at a guy do things for friends, including this department. Most guys i know only do stuff for their beloved other half. Shan't praise him too much, later his head swell. lol.

Well, I feel that v'day shouldn't be in feb. From Dec to Feb got too many lovey dovey occasions already la. End of year Christmas and Start of year Chinese New Year. So I think that V'day should be in June. =D lol. Moreover, people already spent so much on Christmas gifts and the upcoming new year stuff, they should be given some time to accumulate cash reserves. If the occasions were to be spread out, people won't feel the pinch as much. haha..

k la, see how things go. Tomorrow's gonna be another boring day at work.

I think I need a change of environment. After I switched over to the night shift, I found myself doing OTP updates and closing of ECCMs more than anything else. Maybe it's the feeling of being redundent, yet important at the same time. Being relied on for doing OTPs and ECCMs cos I excel in it more than anyone else, for the time being. Problem is I'm not learning anything much, this I can say for myself exclusively. Dunno about the rest cos they seem to have a greater variety of things to do.

Anyway, in 8 more days, it'll be my third month at work already. So freaking fast can. Feel like leaving cos the whole bunch of people who kept me lookin forward to work aren't around anymore and I don't get to work weekends. Also, this shift is startin to take a toll on me (ie. i look quite awful due to lack of sleep. haha. and i've got NO LIFE LA.) and they cannot compromise by adjusting our shifts without decreasing the working hours. Though I know that it's really irresponsible of me to just bail out on the department like that, I totally feel like job hopping. Anyone else game for that, or am willing to help me out? hahaha. =D

Taiwanese drama serials are so fantasy-like. Heck, it's so super duper unrealistic, predictable and cliche-ed. After watching a few serials, you can probably expect the plots of the rest to follow along similar lines. Especially this current one that i'm watching, I've got absolutely no idea how the male lead fell in love with the female lead. One glance at her and ta-dah, he went chasing her already. Very stupid right. Despite that, I still stay up till dawn to watch them! It's heart-warming to see love stories go the way you want them to. ahhaha.

Without domestic help around, my house somewhat resembles a pig sty. haha. Ok la, it's not THAT bad, yet. haha. Unlike previous years, don't think we'll be expecting any visitors to our place for cny, it's quite scary just thinking of how we're gonna zhao dai them. haha. Dying to play bridge. Someone give me BRIDGE!!! heh.

Just FYI, my first practical driving lesson's on the 25th!! wahahaha. Dunno what came over me but I chose manual. My dad was asking me to reconsider, he who has lil' faith in me says that I won't be able to manage. =/
Time to prove someone wrong.

Before I forget, congrats to all those who are content with their O's results! =D

As I said, life’s a bitch! It realllyyyy is. This post is gonna get VERY whiny, just to make myself feel better k.

Work started off on a BAD note. It was so bad I think tension was rather high. I’m used to being in charge of things and I hate it when things go wrong cos I wanna prove that I’m responsible enough to handle this. And this all started with the office key that I had lost. But I swear that I’ll find it alright!! Sho irritating. I don’t even know why I’m protesting so strongly in this dumb domain. I was soo sincere about apologizing initially cos I brought a lot of inconvenience to the dept. But then, she kept giving me that “you’re to blame” look. On one hand it made me wanna cry but on the other hand it made me wanna retort back at her. And so I did the latter., only after being provoked quite a bit. But still, feeling damn guilty. =/

Well, I don’t find it very guo fen cos all I said was “I didn’t mean for this to happen too ok! It’s not like I deliberately dropped the key what.” That made her silent for a long while. Tension was high cos the key that I was put in charge of apparently has access to ALL cupboards in ccsu, or so they claim. Come on la, don’t bruff me lor. I highly doubt so. Ask me personally if you wan details on this. When I find the blardy damned key, I’ll test it out on all the cupboards.

Can’t mistakes be pardoned? Even if the worst possible situation were to occur, for instance someone who finds the key KNOWS (though highly unlikely!) that it belongs to ccsu and starts creating trouble by unlocking all the cupboards and tearing up all the documents, nothing can change the absolute fact that the key is missing, period. But ultimately, I know that it’s still my fault so I’m terribily sorry! I’ll do everything possible and find it ASAP!! That’s the best I can do for you, what else do you expect? I’m saying all these because my sup can’t take a step back and smell the roses despite everything. She’s too uptight man! Relax.

Glad I got this off my chest, much better now. Working alone later without sc. Gonna be a lonely soul in the office. Sian. Working with my sup in the office tmr, massive sian! Especially after our dispute. Rawr. lol.

Lookin forward to meetin darling steph after work at chjimes.!! =D

On a side note, the release of the O level results triggered an adrenaline rush in me which is making my heart thump a lil' faster, at the mention of the next major event in the education scene, the next release of results. I can feel the butterflies in my stomach already! zz.

Sometimes I may appear very nonchalent but deep inside, otherwise. Randomness.

Sometimes i wonder what people take me for. What the hell are they thinking la. I'm not being a bitch just cos i was forgotten once, but twice!! lol. no la. Just because I'm not very close to them I'm always left aside. I also dunno what I mean by that la but, it sucks.

Even my sup was saying, oh cos you're always with your citiphone peeps what. But what has this gotta do with anythin? =/ Alright so i'm closer to them, is that an excuse or anythin? forget it, I'm just upset, momentarily.

I'm updating with the desktop computer. Got no idea what's wrong with my lappy, can't seem to get to this create a post page. It's totally screwed up alr. Time to change lappy! haha..

Recently, there's been a build up of events I don't even know where to start with the updates. Hmm, let's skip friday and get to saturday. Went to town with Erica, and subsequently Angeline came to join us. It's been ages since these girls went out together cos of some disputes but they warmed up to each other and that's a good sign! haha. Sunday, i only went out at night for shopping. Spent the afternoon snoozing away. Monday was my off day, so i went out with mum! lol. Basically to summarise, i blew about a week's salary on food and shopping in 2 and a half days. Scary right! haha. shit.

Anyway, gotta prepare for work now. Hope i get to work on saturday shift this week cos, my pay is too low!! zz.

Hey! No lunch at home forever and ever cos no one is at home to cook, even if there was someone, no one cooks decent meals at home. Super hungry. Eating out alone is kinda loser-ish. Know what I mean? It's just an excuse to go on a diet. lol! Also, no danielle at work today! Double whammy. :(

Met up with steph for dinner yesterday at MS cos shan chun pangseh-ed me to have dinner elsewhere with some people. haha. I think he ps me countless times already la, but nvm la. That just proves that he has more of a life than me! zz.

Anyway, sc came up with this kooky idea of heading down to mustafa, all of a sudden at 9 plus at night. haha! so cool man. cos there was some special occasion and they had the bus stop along the roads of mustafa blocked! and we alighted some 3 streets away from our destination. Uh, yeah. So that's how my title came about. It wasn't as easy as we thought, walking back against the flow of people. So we thought of alternative routes that nearly got us LOST, as usual. You know why? Cos they were buildin some stupid buildin in the middle of the route which got us stuck. Then we had to go around the construction which meant going even further away from our destination.

As we walked along the some-dark-some-lit alleys, we came across ktvs, chill cafes, eateries and many more. ahem. ha. =x But good old sc made sure that I was clearly in his view, either walking in front of or alongside of him just in case. Thank goodness haojun took forever to come, despite me calling and calling (giving him the impression that we're there already when we're actually still lost somewhere in little india. ha.) if not he'll be waiting a good 15 mins there for us.

Damn, i didn't get my casio camera cable cos there was no one at the counter. I suspect that the attendents had gone to participate in the festival when on duty. =/ So, no pictures in the meantime, sorry guys!
Crap. The cadbury choc cookies i bought from there has only 10 days till expiry, that means 2 cookies for supper per night on average! Later get fat ah, so it's time to be a better sis and start offering them to my di. hah. =D

Office @ 8.05pm. Blogger's screwing up! haha. oh yeah, i kinda miss mj so maybe i'll make a trip there tmr. opp my house only anw. heh.
